. Custom or pre-order wigs may require additional processing time; any extra time will be noted on the product page.

. We ship from Melbourne Victoria Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

. Estimated delivery times:

. Australia: 2–7 business days

. International: 7–14 business days

. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service chosen.

. Free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly stated on product pages or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

 

. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.

5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

6. Address Accuracy
