Heriluxe Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Heriluxe. Because of the hygienic nature of our products, we have avery limited return policy. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

 

All sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong colour choice, or if the hair has been worn, styled, cut, dyed, washed, or altered in any way.

2. Australian Consumer Law 

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is:

• Faulty or defective

• Not as described or does not match the product details provided

• Not fit for its intended purpose These rights cannot be excluded, and we will honour them.

 

3. Reporting a Fault

If you believe your item is faulty or not as described: 

1. Contact us at: hermonnegash68@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or video.

 3. We will review your request and provide next steps instructions, including the return shipping label if applicable.

 

4. Returning an Approved Item

• After you receive our approval and a return shipping label, package the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship it back within 7 days of approval using the label provided or a tracked service we specify.

 • Items must remain unworn and unaltered.

• Once inspected and approved, we will issue a repair, replacement, or refund within 5–10 business days.

 • If the product is confirmed faulty or incorrect,Heriluxe covers the return shipping cost.
